any foglight switch will work.

You can use a GsR cruise control switch

acura sells a fog lights wiring kit. Your car already has the plugs for it. All you need to do is plug it in. It comes with good instructions, showing you where everything goes. It's easier then getting the jdm switching and having to wire it with a relay and what not. It's only like 50 bucks. Just an idea.

 

As far as a prewired kit being sold alone, Not that I know of I asked acura a few times and they say no, that the wiring only comes with the fog light kit.
The USDM Switch by itself sells for about 50-60 dollars, So a JDM switch being $55 isnt bad, and I've posted a Complete How to on wiring the switch and lights, Very Easy.
