Yes, they are high resistance for obd-1

If you were running a 96+ GSR you would have to use a obd-1 injector connector.

These are for older GSR, LS, and obd-1 Del Sol motors.

Yes, Accel specifically calls out your engine in their product info:

Accel doesn't give an actual flow sheet like RC, they just promise a minimum.

These are perfect for engines that have all the bolt-ons + mild cams, fuel rail, and SAFC/VAFC

Unfortunately sale of the cams is pending as of Sunday evening.
(The springs & retainers are a separate kit that costs around $350. I am not selling them because I have 404 cams for my rebuild)
