Default Wheels

I know this has been asked a million times, b/c i have searched, but i have not found a definate answer. I am looking to buy some rota slipstreams or circuit 8's. But, i can't decide on 15's or 16's. I am asking this from a performance standpoint. I will be going with a H&R cup kit on my 97 hatch, and i am looking for an awesome street setup, Clean look, great street performance, but not to the point of autocrossing. So what size is better guys?

so since i am serious about performance, then that just makes me automatically know everything there is about suspension and all other aspects of the car? I prove my point. And as far as y would i want to go bigger? I have 14" Steellies on there now, and they are not in any way shape or form wide enough to fit what i think i need. I just wanted some simple answers on if a 16 or 15 inch rim is better for performance. I know that the 16 will of course add weight and rotational mass, but i can up the hp to compensate, so that doesnt come into play. I can run a smaller sidewall with the 16, but does that really help it stick to the road any better. I want to keed the speedo as accurate as possible.

they don't make tires in the 190 width. it goes from 185, 195, 205. etc.... Anyhow does anyone else have any input?
