paint has no clear coat

Default paint has no clear coat

hey whats up guys i was wondering if ne one of u have ran into this problem i just got the car wet sanded. and the detailer has told me that the original paint on this car does not have ne clear coat. and i was stunned so i was wondering if u guys know ne thing about this and what should i do about this complain to acura or what let me know

the clear coat is mixed in with the paint...it is the same process as Neons are done with...that is why they fade the way they do....when my JDM front was the car was repainted with a clear

PY is like that, the other colors should be a normal clearcoat.

Dunno, the way my car has chipped and faded and gotten fugged up with brake dust I wouldn't be surprised if the black is the same way.
