ECU question... **ASAP**

my buddy just called me and someone broke into his 95 gsr and stole his ecu at his work..... we need to get his car home so it dosen't get stolen/stripped tonight.... i have an obd-1 cx computer.... will this start and run his motor just so we can get his car to his house... its only about a 10 miles drive...
