Default Paint damage!

So today I went to a liquor store after getting done playing basketball. This liquor store had the smallest parking lot I've ever seen. So there is this wall that is sticking out right behind me, and I as I was backing up, switching gears to get out of the parking lot, BOOM! I hit the wall. No extensive damage, but all that happened was my left bumped got knocked out of place a little bit. I tried to push it back in, and it did help a little bit. But the thing that bothers me the most is the paint that is now on my bumper. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I will try to get some pics, but I was going to wash and wax the car, which should probably fix it, and I was even going to try taking it off with rubbing alchol, but I have a feeling that is going to be a really stupid idea. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was going like 2mph.

Yeah, I am probably going to take it to get it detailed this Saturday. 120.00 but my car needs it anyways. Man, it sucks because now my bumper is a little smashed in and looks a little funny.

little dent? Go to the "As seen on TV" store (or whatever you've got) at your local mall, and buy one of those "Ding King/Popsadent/Ding Popper" Dent removal tools. $25 tops and it removes the dents really well. It will come back to nearly perfect, meaning no one but you could ever tell that there was a dent.
