He said Eliminate, not Deactivate.
I don't remember off hand but I'm sure you could find out by searching the archives here or in the RRAX forum.
Just out of curiosity, Why?
It is such a good and non-intrusive system, I wouldn't do it.
FYI just by using the SEARCH function I came up with this helpful thread:

Why not?
For scca you have to disable it... so might as well remove it.
Great system as it is, its still a crutch
I'm actually going to have to learn to brake now in the new car... not such a bad thing.

you could just pull the front parts of the lines and get new lines and a non abs prop. valve. or get everything from a 94 and up teg that didnt come with abs, i.e. an RS.

That's why I asked Why in the nicest of ways...
We pulled the fuse in my car a few times at autocrosses for various reasons, & all I'll say is that deactivating ABS where you're otherwise accustomed to driving with it is amazingly eye opening.
Billowing clouds of smoke ensued and enveloped the course at all the key braking zones.

lol, i didnt mean to start debate as to why my friend wants to remove his Abs
The reason behind it, as much of us R owners would not agree with..is because he wants the "cleaner" engine bay look.
He doesnt daily drive the car, and really just wants to realease the stock crowded engine bay..
Nothing more or less

That has got to be the most retarded reason.
But to each his own I suppose.

I'm guessing you didn't bother to read the thread I found in about 5 seconds using the Search:

Are you sure he removed it? If it's a true JDM ITR, then it might've not come equipped with ABS. It was an option for the longest time.

its kinda of a tedious project.. but things to remove are
-abs ecu inside the car
-abs interior harness
-abs modulator in the engine bay
-2 relays in the engine bay
-5 or 6 connectors in the engine bay
-extra abs connecting lines to the pump in engine bay
-main interior wire harness abs plug
-and 3 or 4 wires that run to the gauge cluster inside the interior wire harness
i may have missed a few but that should get you started.

Search, there are lots of threads on this.
You want to use the prop valve from the non-ABS RS Integra + some of the hard lines. If you keep your booster/MC then you will have to fab lines going to it. To do all OEM, you will need the RS booster and MC. Doing this with the engine in the car is a bit of a PITA, but can be done. I recently did this. Gave a little blood, but was okay.
I agree with the why? The 98+ 4-channel ABS in the Integras in very nice. I would keep it.
