i was just wondering if it would be possible to swap the itr suspension into a crx. my buddy has an eg that we swapped the itr suspension into and it handles like a champ.

If this isn't possible, what would be a good alternate to improve my crx's handling.(minus rollcage, strut bar, etc.)

 

The bolt pattern of the hubs will not increase your car's handling in any way. I would suggest coil overs or different shocks/springs and a bigger rear sway bar depending on your use of the car.

 

yes it can be done my friend did the whole itr suspension swap on a 89 crx si and it worked just fine, i recommend you use some lowering springs thought, he did after the swap looked too high

 

i know the wheel lug pattern won't affect the handling, but what will affect the handling are the shocks, that is what I am most concerned with.

 

Then buy better suspsension.

 

You'd be better off with aftermarket shocks made for your car.

 

where can u buy a itr 5 lug conversion kit?

 

i have an 89 crx si and i want to put 99-up itr brakes/suspension (aka 5 lug conversion) into it. i know all the parts i need to get, except for the axles. what axles did you use for this swap?
