Black smoke when i rev my car :(
Alright i have noticed my back bumper is caked in black smoke or something. I pulled my spark plugs and they are DRENCHED in oil. Could this be valve cover gasket, head gasket and/or rings? I hope not rings but if they are please tell me, thanks!
You more than likely are in need of a rebuild. Good Luck.
Try changing valve seals, all gaskets then you can run a leakdown test/ see if
it made a diffreence. If not then you will need to replace the rings. (More than likely.)

Are the plugs covered at the wire end or the electrode end? If the wire end is covered in oil, then your plug tube seals under the valve cover are leaking oil. This will cause a short to your spark plugs (the path of least resistence) making the spark weak, thus not burning the charge. When trouble shooting, it is always best to start with the easy fix first, then move on to the more drastic.
if the plug tube seals under the valve cover are leaking oil , would that cause me to burn oil out of my exhaust? It is leaking inside the head onto the spark plug wires. I pulled the wire and it was drenched in oil but i am not having problems with spark tho.
like sam92teg sayed, try the seals, as long as your at it, change your valve cover gasket... sometimes you can get it as a package deal.
also, i have been informed that black smoked is sometimes cause by a lean condition, where as the air fuel mixture is off

i would think that you would need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator
