Dim CEL? fuel pump not turning on

Dim CEL? fuel pump not turning on
Just finished my swap, everythign went smoothly except for my battery dying.
Only code thrown was a coolant temp sensor
On first crank, it would start and run and i just tried to seat in the new rings...After i turned it off, the battery dyed, (now is charged), but the CEL comes on and stays on, but its so dim and not throwing an actual code. wtf mates?
i can hear the fuel pump not kickin on, but wouldn't think it woudl blown the master relay, checked all fuses and im good there
anyone have any ideas?
