i got a wiring problems with my 88 civic

Default i got a wiring problems with my 88 civic

i got a 88 civic hb, i swap in a b18a did the wiring. that i got the wiring diagram from from fourthgenerationcivic.com and honda hybrid perf.org started up and it worked but i cant rev over 3.5k the check engine light is throwing 4 and 16. the 16 is not a problem it was my bad. but the 4 is a crank position sensor im pretty sure i wired it right
any suggestion

check the ground wire on the hemostat housing and all other ground on the engine

if this was a mpfi swap you must have not pinned the distributor, or ecu correct

Most likely since you had to go throught the hassle of wiring for MPFI, which involved the distributor and has as the common problem that you describe is happening.
