new pistons, honeing block?
well if i was to replace the pistons in my current block do i have to get it honed?
it's a b18a, gonna have pr3 pistons
should i get new wrist pins and piston rings

Well if you get pr3 pistons from honda or a wholesale honda dealer, they should come with wrist pins.
Yes, get rings. Yes, hone your block.
Its a good idea to purchase .25mm over pistons for your build.
