Default Type R horsepower?

What would a type R produce to the wheels stock?
What would a type R produce to the wheels with header, exhaust, CAI, cam gears, pulleys, vtec controller and an OBD1 swap with test pipe? thanks

I "think" stock Type R's put down anywhere from 157-163hp to the wheels.

thanks, I dont expect many people to know what a type R would run with all of those mods, but I was just hoping that someone here has an R with those mods.

That Type R would produce exactly 184.269 WHP at 76 F at 19-20% humidity, sea level of course. Naturally, it doesn't matter what header, exhaust, CAI, cam gear settings, pulleys, VTEC X-over, ECU settings, or type of test pipe.

Default 01 ITR 429

I Dyno'd my ITR with just a cold air intake and it put out 169 at the wheels.
With Just a Apexi Vtec controller it went up to 175 at the wheels. I beleive this is pretty good for two performance products on the car. Oh my mileage was about 10,000 miles. Now I'm able to hit vtec at 5300 rpms. I love it.

i just dyno'ed my car at Dynamic Autosports' dynojet today, and i got 173.7 whp. My only mod is an AEM CAI with bypass valve. just so you know i own a 2001 type R, which have different cams than all the other type R's.

I have seen #'s change from upwards of 10 hp from dyno to dyno. Make sure to measure all changes on the same dyno.

The cams are all the same from '97, '98, '00, '01 i've checked the part #'s and they are all the same on both intake and exhaust.

god not this again, the part numbers are NOT the same, they have been miced against each other and the 2000-2001 have 2 degree's more duration.

This has been covered many times, and for those that dont believe, SEARCH
