my 1990 prelude si has recently developed a tempermental problem. about 25% of the time when I start the car, the stereo and fans (air con) don't come on. when I turn the engine off and the key is turned all the way back, both stereo and fans will come on. then when I restart the car, about half the time they'll come on. sometimes when they don't come on, they'll kick in during my drive, always together, never one or the other. suggestions?
