Default 2000 600 F4, How to get it back from hybernation.

My 2000 600 F4 has about 3500 miles. It got its first service
at 3000 miles 2.5 years ago, and it has been sitting in my
garage for the last 2 years (california). I am planning to ride
it again. Do I need to replace all the fluids or just top them
off.

There is still gas in the tank, which has to be replaced.
I need to know how to drain the tank. The repair manual
does not give an exact procedure.
Do I need to clean the carburetor, or does filling up new gas should
takes care of the cleaning? Any other MUST be done
procedures please let me know.

If its too much work, I plan to give it to the dealer.
what do you guys suggest.

I let one of my carb'ed bikes sit for ~1yr. When taking it out I pulled the tank and drained it. Filled with fresh 93 and a PJ1 additive. Figured might as well go ahead and clean the carbs while at it. You may or may not have to do this. If you pull the tank though, you might as well. They may be stuck or gummed up. Put back together and did an oil and filter change and changed the plugs. Put the battery on full charge and pulled the choke open for a few seconds. Took maybe 30 seconds total of cranking at about 5 second intervals and a little twisting of the throttle. Fired up and no problems. Battery doesn't like to hold a charge anymore so I popped for a new Yuasa and no worries. I got it running again for a separate track bike sans plastics, but a buddy at work wants a track bike and I will end up selling to him or put on wera or nesba. I want a new street bike.

Good luck.
