Default HELP: Motor not running right

i recently rebuilt the top end off my b16 in my si new parts include:
*omniman flat valves, springs, and retainers
*milled head .30"
*buddy club spec 3s
it starts, but it sounds like it is miss firing and it wont rev at all.So i touched the
header with a wet rag 123 are hot but 4 isnt . Then i thought it was my firing order
but thats right im giving hope here somebody please help!

did you use new spark plugs.....I have seen a brand new spark plug not work before......see if it is sparking at all.....

use some NGK plugs and see if the problem goes away

ok i did a comp. test #4 cylinder pulled 80psi. 180 range on the rest
so i replaced the piston ringsgapped right and replaced the headgasket and
still doing the same thing .
the only thing i can think of is the block is warped

Leakdown test that cylinder or just the ports if you already have the head off. One or more of the valves probably aren't sealing.

You can also fill the ports with brake parts or carb cleaner to see if it seeps past the valve seats if you have the head off.

its probably in the head, not the block.
