Default need to buy a distributor for my crvtec swap

I'm having nothing but problems with my car hesitating in lower RPMs. I think the issue is the MSD ignition and coil that I have. The stock honda coil in my distributor was removed and the distributor was rewired so that the external MSD ignition system will work. Long story short I get a weird hesitation in lower RPMs, anything above 4500 RPM and the car is fine and runs really strong. However, below 4500RPM the car bogs down and hesitates under light throttle conditions, if I give it full gas it will quit for a few seconds and then start bogging again.

Long story short I want to buy a new distributor. I have a B16 head in a B20B block, as far as I know the distributor that I need is off of a JDM B16A. It should be a TD22U. Anyone have any recommendations as to a good place to buy a distributor online?

Don't know about a fuel issue, could be I guess. How would I check if its a fuel issue? I have a fuel pressure regulator, I've adjusted the fuel pressure from 52PSI down to 32PSI and everywhere inbetween, the car doesn't run right with 32PSI. I have to keep it at about 38PSI or higher for VTEC to work well, otherwise the car sounds really labored when the VTEC switch over happens. In all instances no matter what I put the fuel pressure at the lower RPMs always have the same hesitation. I've tried a new dizzy cap/rotor, the car has new plug wires, and brand new NGK plugs. I blame the MSD.

So does anyone have a recommended spot for distributors?
