Default Honda exhaust sizes and flow???

Are there any Stock Honda exhausts that are bigger and flow better than others?
I have a Civic coupe and really don't want a huge exhaust tip or wannabe motorcycle exhaust hanging underneath my car. I was thinking probably a type R exhaust, but would it fit? Also is the diameter of the Civic Si piping any different than my 98 Coupes?

Thanks

99+ SI pipings are slightly bigger diameter which should be more than enough flow for a 98 Civic EX or DX. The biggest improvement is the SI muffler which flows quite well compared to DX mufflers or even the EX ones.

anyone know what a reasonable price would be to pay for a SI or Type R exhaust (complete, used), and should I get the CAT while I'm at it or would that not make a difference.

Sorry for late response...been busy. I bought a 99+ SI cat back for 80 bucks. I bought an EX cat for 50 bucks. Both used under 5000 miles. The header was the most expensive, 150 bucks brand new. I needed to replace my cracked exhaust manifold.
