Default HELP MY BLINKERS DONT WORK BUT HAZARDS DO!!!!!!

okay well all the sudden my blinkers stopped working the other day .
so far i already changed the blinker fuse thing and the switch.
what now??? could it be some messed up wires or?

hey, big time lurker here. im also interested in this because i have the same problem. my front driverside signal dont work but the hazard do, i havent got into looking at it, im thinking maybe its the Hazard/turn signal flasher relay (located in the interior fuse box), or maybe a messed up wire.
anyone experienced this and know the solution?

The signal bulb is a double filament bulb, one filament for signal and the other to illuminate. Check if both filaments are still good, i had the same problem couple of days ago, i just changed the bulb and it works fine now.

Could be your ICU, Integrated Control Unit, at least on the 2nd gen integras it controls some functions of the blinkers, but this is last case senario.

why dont you call the acura dealership and ask them. or bring it to a shop they would probably tell you what it is for free, or meineke or midas im sure they wouldn't charge you. weird problem though.

it's probably the flasher relay. Replace it and see what happens.

One time, I turned my hazards on, and then my blinkers didn't work for a while. Then they worked. Good story

lol but seriously I'll try to remember what I did to fix it. You have to change some weird fuse, like to something totally unrelated. Just like on 1g tegs if the fuse for the horn doesn't work then neither do the brake lights (which isn't a fun thing to discover on the road if you don't know their out). Probably not the same as your problem, but I'll look into it.

you checked your blinker fluid, rite?

you said you have side markers - did you install them yourself? you made sure to cover any bare wire with elec. tape, correct?

i've had some blinker problems before and didn't find out til later that it was because my dumbass didn't use tape. as a result, bare wires started touching the car.
