i have a 03 EP3 and im thinking about trading it in for a new type s. i was wondering if i would be able to put on the parts that i have now on the type s if i do get it. they r aem cai, hks hi power exhaust, dc shorty header, skunk 2 coilovers, hondata heatshield gasket. i know the gasket will fit but im not sure about the other stuff. thanks for any help.

 

You are right about the Hondata, but the rest of it won't.

 

you can always sell the parts..

 

may a suggest a swap.... I'm sure you've probably thought about it before and did a cost analysis between that and the cost for trading in, but I had to say just in case... but if you're trading in for a brand new one yeah definitely go for it cuz as they say "there's nothing like new car smell".

 

swap the k20a2 and buy a new car scented air freshner

 

how much would a k20a2 swap cost me complete? meaning EVERYTHING that i need to do the swap. and would i be able to use these parts with the a2?

 

None of ep parts will work except gasket, which is not worth taking it off anyways.

How much would it cost? really depends how much you find used motor from junk yard.
