Aebs im on jdm b16.
I have searched around and could not get a clear answer on this. My question is will the aebs intake manifold bolt right up to my 94 jdm b16a or will I have to modify/cut/grind anything to make it work?
Thanks

You only have to grind on first gen B16s, the rest (Iv'e been told) fit fine. I had to grind mind down because there was no clearance between the alternator bracket, and I've only seen other people w/ 1st gens with this problem. It is an easy 5 minute fix with a grinding wheel. Later gens have had no problems (that I've seen)
Thanks for the replies guys. I will let you know how it turns out. Are the ebay aems intake manifolds the real deal or are they some other brand? They are really cheap BIN for $115.00 thats cheap.
Thanks
Thanks
It's amazing that, for the same product, the price has gone up into the $170's range.
I found it at cnc-motorsports for $157 plus $15 shipping (satin version).
Why are they more expensive now than 8 years ago??!!

I wound up ordering from CNC-Motorsports.
And GOOD LORD the casting marks are awful. The insides of the runners look like they were cast by a 9-year old with Play-Dough.
Opened up the Throttle Body opening already (to match my 68mm tb). We're going to dig in, clean up the casting marks (smooth them out -- they look like a mine field), and port match to my head.
This intake is very poorly casted (even if it's a larger volume with bigger runners than stock). Sheesh.
