suspension question

Default suspension question

does anyone know if rc51 forks will fit on a 600rr if i switch the fork clamps. thanks

i didnt know if the stem on the bottom clamp is the same diameter on both.

Most certainly the RC51 triple clamp will not be a direct bolt on afair to your rr, but you should be able to research a clamp that will fit both.... best just step up and get the Ohlins World super bike fork set.

we are going to put ohlins forks on but the rc51 brakes are much better then the 03 600rr brakes. plus it has inverted forks rather then the regular set up

Have you thought about putting on a 1000rr front end on the 600rr? I know some people have done that.............not sure how easy the swap was though.

you can switch the front ends but it does change the steering geometry...
