Default B16a vacuum leak

I think that I have a vacuum leak on my b16a, my idle won't sit still, it just goes up and down like im revving it. So how on earth do I figure out where the leak is coming from? Thanks!

First of all are you throwing a CEL code? if the ECU is in limp mode(throwing a CEL) it will idle like ****. Yes a vacumm leak can cause it. Make sure its really throwing a CEL first. then see what the code is its throwing to be sure its a vacumm problem. I have found a leak in one of my vacumm lines by disconnecting them and blowing into them. It was a leak right before the MAP sensor. replaced the hose and car returned to running normal.
