i just finished my swap and i have a gsr tranny b series linkage and all and it worked fine when i had the ls motor in it. but now every once in a while its hard to get into gear. and last night i had no gears when i pulled in. i couldnt get it into any of the gears. Today i went out and it works fine smooth as glass. there is a small piece of plastic that the post that stick out of the tranny goes into. and it isnt totally in perfect. could it be this causing the problem?

 

when you try to put it in gears does it seem like a wall there? maybe synchros

 

its like theres something blocking it. but tranny was fine before i switched the motors, and it is still mostly fine, there is just something stopping it sometimes. i blead the system could there be air still that works its way around in there sometimes?
