Default Installing custom ITBs. RPM increases very slowly. Why?

I am trying to install these: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1219616

I finally got the TPS sensor adjusted to around 0.5V closed and 4.5V open now.

When I start it I have to apply a little gas to keep it running until it is warm. If I give it a little gas the rpm only increases slowly. If I floor it, it takes a second or two to get to 3k rpm. It is very sluggish. I doesn't want to rev.

Does anyone know what would cause this behavior? What could be wrong?

Does anyone know if the different injector position could cause this behavior? I don't know how to make this ITB-kit work...

start by looking at the nasic things
is the throttle cable tight or binding
you should have wicked throttle response with any ITB setup

No, I am running a chipped P28. It doesn't change its behavior no matter how I adjust the maps. The car also shakes a bit at idle, but I don't know if that is normal.

You can clearly hear it when you press the gas. It sounds differently, but just doesn't rev much. I can see through datalogging (Uberdata) that it does get the map and TPS signal just fine.

What else could be wrong with it?

would you post map sensor reading regarding load?
whats your map values at idle and wot?

whats the cel for?

No CEL.
I don't remember the values, but at idle it is in column 4-6 or so and at WOT it is in column 9-10. The vacum doesn't seem to be the problem.

well.....what was the cel for? if you want troubleshooting the more info you give the better...

columns 4-6 at idle hugh? thats not right...the ecu could be giving lots of fuel.
do you have a wideband?

Yes, please. I would like some trouble shooting What info would be helpful?

There is no CEL. I had one earlier. That was because the TPS was not adjusted properly.

With the IM setup I had before it was in column 3-5 at idle.
Yes, I have a wideband hooked up. I have tried to adjust the map but it behaves in the same manner, no mattter what the AF is at. I adjusted it to around 14:1 at one point, but it didn't change anything.

weird....
have you tried playing with timing?
far fetched; but got to try everything you know?

if it really gets down to it i would try using crome with itb tools, wich uses tps for fuel look up.

I haven't adjusted timing much. At one point I changed the vacum values so it idled in column 2-4 instead and without changing the timing values, so in that way I changed timing at idle. Still doesn't wan't to rev. I didn't play around with timing because I read that some people run the stock ECU and a VAFC with ITBs...

It seems to me that something is wrong. It can't be a tuning problem. I have to fix whatever is wrong before I can start tuning it. I just have no idea what to try. The map and TPS sensors work fine. What else could be wrong?
