Default Electrical problem: any load causes temp guage to move

Hi all,

Got a bit of a problem with my crx's electrics.
With the ign at position 2, if I press the brake the temp guage kicks and the clock dim's.
If I turn the cabin heater control's on then the temp guage will head for the red zone and hits it's travel point. Turn off the fan and it comes back down to normal.

I've moved the battery back into the front from the rear and have checked the grounds visually and for continuity.

Also the car seems to exhibt a mis-fire which is pretty random tho I am going to change the plug leads for someone that I know to be good as the one's I've put on are unknown.

sounds like you need to pull up the wire diagrams and get checking.

I feel ya though... I'm having electrical gremlins of my own... should be sorted out in the morning... wire diagrams in the Honda manuals are great.
