Very odd suspension noise / vibration
This is strange, it just started tonight.
Sounds like a very bad unbalanced tire, lots of vibration at high speed. I can't pinpoint this noise, because it only makes the noise with the car moving.
The faster I go, the louder the noise gets and the more vibration I have.
Anybody have a problem like this before / know what this could be?

Check your tie rod ends. We had this in my dad's car, he ended up getting a whole new rack, but it was definitely the inner+outer tie rod ends. Kinda like what's happening to my car right now... But i think it's part no 10 what causes all these vibrations in EFs.
My friend's 4door got creamed in an accident, and we replaced everything affected except the rear hub, and it makes this loud humming noise and a little vibration getting louder as you go. I believe it might be a spun bearing in the hub or something unbalanced in the hub after the accident.

THAT is the symptom of a bad wheel bearing!
too many ppl call out "check your wheel bearing" for the slightest of suspension noises. but this is the SURE sign of a wheel bearing needing to be changed.
im sick of ppl saying "check your wheel bearing" for every suspension issue.

Yup Yup, remove your whole steering knuckle, the fact you didnt know what it was usually means you wont be able to fix it yourself. Take the steering knuckle to a shop and have them remove the old bearings and press in new ones
Now that I know it could be a bad wheel bearing, I did a search and came up with this..

Then I found this DIY...

I'm going to go and jack my car up later, and see if there is any play in it.

I just checked to see if there was any play.
there is VERY LITTLE play (left to right) on my FR wheel, no play when I try to move the wheel up and down.
There is no play on my driver's side.
I guess I'll just drive it and see if it gets any worse.

Took another look today.. seems my hub is loose where it bolts to my steering rack..
There seems to be a busted looking ball joint type thing on that steering rack arm?
Seems to be the culprit, there is no other play in the hub..

Would the loose steering rack cause the vibration?

Well, I'm at a loss.
I have absolutely no idea what is going on here.
Loud pulsating noise (maybe sounds like a flat spot in a tire), that increases with speed. Any more opinions?
I'm tired and angry.

any kind of suspenson noise is hard to track down, expesially on these old cars, the sure way to tell is to just replace parts that look worn out. I have owned 5 88-91 EF cars and they are used and abused creatures. If anything looks loose or has damage don't try to just tinker go ahead and replace what ever it is. If you have a flat spot in your tire you will know as soon as you start driving it, it will start a noise then.
I'm trying to rule out the possiblity of a bad wheel bearing. What does a bad wheel bearing sound like? Is it a metallic grinding noise? If that's the case, then it must be something else.
most of the time you can check a wheel bearing by jacking the car up and taking your hands on top and bottom of wheel and check for movement, if it has none then its prolly ok. Rotate wheel and see if there is any grinding or noise besides brake pad rubbing. make sure that all fork radius arm and other bolts are tight, then just check other parts that would give you a vibration in the steering wheel
