Default electrical problem, but what is it?

I have a 94 prelude, and I had to replace the ignition switch. When I got under the dash, it had been so jerry rigged. I just had to replace it any way that it would work. Now my wipers, tail lights, the beeping that comes on when u leave ur lights on, all dont work. It must have something to do with the way the wires are splced, cause all the fuses in the fuse box are good. I got a ticket and went to jail . I really need help. 254-840-9583 cell-254-644-5021

check and make sure the splices are all correct. if so, check for continuity between each wire with a multimeter. if that doesn't work, buy a new harness.
