head gasket change 90-93
hi guys i blew my head gasget and know i m planning to change it i am mechancially inclinded but have never done head gasket before. I got the hanes manual , my question is wat are the times that might go wrong and the things that i have to look( be careful about when changing it). any suggestions and input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
whats up
I have the manual from acura. The hayes manual sucks.
things to watch for are timing put motor to top dead center.
Make sure to take head bolts in right sequence and put back
on in right sequence. pound to pound. Watch for bolt in back
on manifold that has the braket hooked to it . You will never
get the head off . That will hold you up a little bit.

Ya, the two intake braket bolts are easy to get with a long extension on a ratchet from underneath the car. It is easy to pull the head and intake together and be careful with the clips on the fuel injectors.
