Default motor mount problems!!!

whats goin on... i just swapped a gsr into my hatch yesterday and for some odd reason the motor mounts look twisted... but heres the scenario.. the car was automatic (this is the second conversion ive done)... the first time the bracket that needs to be welded was put on in the wrong spot (about a 1/8" off) but anyway when i put that* motor was in the motor was straight but the mounts were crooked so this time.. i opted for the rear hasport motor mount.... im using a 2000 si rear tranny bracket... and stock 01' integra driver side mount.... long story short i put the rear mount in first for a change... then the driver side mount.. and left the tranny mount off so i can get it welded in the correct spot....... now the problem is both the rear mount and driver side mount are bolted up but the driver side mount is twisted really bad as if the mount was in the wrong spot, and the whole motor seems a little too far back to the firewall, but im thinking if im using the correct* rear motor mount and bracket why would it be so far back?... and further more why would the driver side mount look so twisted up?.... any body have this problem b4?.... the last thing i can think of is when i get the bracket welded on for the tranny side and then bolt the motor mount up to it it will straighten out a little... hopefully ........ any useful information would help

bud i think you need the rear bracket from a 94-01 teg not 99-00 si. eg's have same setup as dc tegs. if your swapping in a gsr you should be able to use a simple combo of stock civic and integra mounts.

Yup. Get a teg rear bracket and your problem will be solved.
