Default Whats a good cam and valve train for this setup?

I am running b18c5 bottom end with stock rods, pct pistons, and stock head gasket.

I was looking at setups that were running skunk 2 stage but i am looking for a cam with the same lift and duration but cheaper for my budget build.

also then what valve train would you recommend to?

I want to purchase this stuff asap but i am so confused on what to get for a good price. I am looking to get over atleast 200 whp. thanks for the info in advance

Do you have a good i/h/e setup yet? I recommend that before you even touch the inside of the motor.
