Default '92 DX P&P D15B7 or Z6 Mini-Me?

I'm looking at purchasing a '92 civic hatch-back with a blown engine. Engine swap is out of the financial question. I was wondering if there would be much to gain from a mini-me swap over a P&P of the stock head?

Second question: Eventually, I'd like to put a small turbo on it, and was wondering what would need to be done to the engine in order to accomplish this with out destroying it.
