well yet another was broken into and get this the"immobilizer" actually worked. i was just wondering if this car was anyones here?

i heard that 00-492 was stolen last week from Rockaway, but no news so far, its black by the way

 

Montclair Acura sucks! Their people are REALLY rude.

I've been to Wayne, Denville and Sommerville Acura's Denville is absolutely horrible. Dumb-*** technicians that work super slow. The owner though seems pretty cool. He races a RWD teg .... tube frame chasis and fiberglass body.

Wayne ..... decent folks but $$$ ..... They rip you a new one everytime. They were asking $28,000 for the brand new 2000 R's when they first arrived.

Sommerville just kicks ***! Great service, they don't mees around too much. When my motor blew, the other two places didn't want anything to do with it.
I threw the shop manager at Sommerville, two Phantom of the Opera tickets and he convinced the Insurance company to pay for my motor.
It was all legit b/c I truely did injest water during hurricane Floyd. AEM CAI got me! BAD!

Oh as for the solen R at Montclair, I dunno who's it is.

no way montclair BY FAR treated me the best. Wayne and ramsey absolutely suck!!!

anyway the car is a 2001 NBP ITR. the only thing that appeared to be missing was floor mats and shift ****. ignition was torn open but the tech told me the car was not stolen. ill have the number by tomorrow

Thats mine.... This happened 2 fridays ago in my DRIVEWAY, 7:00 in the morning... This is the second time it has happened and i've only owned for 4 months. Neighborhood sucks. Have no choice.. Any suggestions in security??>....

dude your lucky they didnt take it. i saw your car and didnt look to bad. what security do you have on there now? i had a 97 ITR which gott stolen twice, once thye ran out of gas on rt. 80 by GWB. the second time they flat beded it out of my frigin garage. it had no ECU in it so thats the only way they could have taken it i guess. anyway the point is it doesnt matter what you do if they want theyre going to take it. good luck. oh BTW i would tell those bastards at montclair to put your car inside because i know for a fact when theyre where selling new R's there they used to get broken into all te time

 

I've been trying to sell my R for a month or so now. Where I live now is not the safest place to own a honda. Actually, I just found out that somebody from the dealership STOLE my SHIFT ****. This car is unbeliveable.

someone at MONTCLAIR ACURA stole my shift **** also, my car was there for 5 weeks when i bent my valves, at first they told me it would be covered under warrenty, but 2 weeks later when it was apart, they said it wasnt covered cause they could tell it was "overrevved at a high rate of speed" so i had to either pay them to fix it or pay them for their labor to put the car back together so i could take it elsewhere, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALER AGAIN and dont trust any other dealers in the area. What is a good dealer ship within a 1 hour drive from northern jersey?

 

thats weird cause ive nevr had a problem there. i have yet to pay for anything there including oil changes. paintless dent removal, and broken abs sensors (my fault). than again the main reason is because wayne acura srewed me and i had to take them to court.

 

This is really wierd hearing all the complaints on Montclair Acura. my brothers best childhood friend now works there as a salesman/service writer and I am fully confident that they can do my work for me.....He knows everyone on the staff of course...I bet.

SpeedRacer - honestly try Sommerville. Its in Bridgewater .... go figure.
They do the job right everytime and the guys are pretty cool.

I was talking to my buddy tonight, who works for Montclair, who has told me he has been handling some of the recent complaints etc. also told me that the claims about poor service at his dealership is bogus. He was telling me that whoever is making these false claims are doing it out of spitefullness. He also pointed out that he does his best to ensure customer satisfaction. I won't mention any names cuz I dont want to start any gossip.
