Spark plug and valve cover seal question
Hey all...I got a question for a 93 Accord. I just gave her an overhaul...the typical stuff/ plugs, wires, cap & rotor button, pcv, and air cleaner. The plugs are burning really clean but above one of the plugs there was a lil oil. I have to change the seal cuz the valve cover is leaking a little but is this normal for accords with the oil on the top of the plug? My accord has 130K and runs like crazy no probs noticed with everyday driving its just the oil has me a lil paranoid.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
the spark plug seals like just any other rubber material they get hard and crack with heat and just like v.c.gaskets they start to leak so it is common to see oil in plug holes just as you are doing put new plug seals and you should be ok for at least another 15-30k
