Default b20 vtec girdle

im only going to take my b20 up to 8000-8500 depending on where i make power at. im going to go with blox b cams. question ihave is a block girdle worth it on b20? this local shop has one for 200+ dollars. do you guys think its worth it?

been shifting at 8300 for a while on complete stock bottom end for over a year. no girdle. but i dont think it would be a bad thing to have.

I have a type r girlde on my b20vtec and i take it up to 9000-9500rpm with no problem so far.
