yes it does. Sometimes it can get annoying and I use to have something like this in my fiero back in the day that solved this rocking problem.

Yes I have good mounts already. Jim fab lower and urethane fill upper. Still do it just right and you can get the motor to bounce like a ball.

 

I sell some too, but mine hooks up to the engine mount instead of the intake manifold

This might sound dumb but can these dampers snap Axel's from torque or anything?

Snap axels? No. Snap themselves? Yes.

 

i had one like that, it was crap, the mounting points on the strut tower don't really mount to anything solid, i ended up selling it shortly after i put it on
