GSR will be less of a headache. Almost everything for a H will have to be fabricated. Enjo supposedly makes a mount kit, but I have yet to see it in pictures. Then you'll have to worry about the hydraulic clutch, axles and the linkage.

With the h22's power/torque you won't need any more parts

Really though, what parts are available for the gsr that are not available for the h22 ? A few years back I might of agreed, but today we have a lot more support from company's that we never had 3 years back.

A 94 civic, you just changed the whole question. But actually I'm pretty sure someone makes mounts to drop an h22 in.

An h22 is cheaper.

Try the EG forum, thats what your car is, you will get more results.

I'll be nice and answer your question anyway. For a 94 coupe, I would use the h22. There is no fabrication work and all it takes is mounts from hasport I believe to drop in the h22. THe h22 also has 400cc more displacement, both engines have vtec. So i say h22.

B18C1 if you got an ef.

H22 will be a lot faster. I have a h22 in my every day driver. 19976 civic. With AC. I have no problems. I drive it everyday. HCP Mount Kit, Hasport Axles. Very simple swap. Even cutting the whole for the shifter cables was easy. Go with the H22. It will be a lot faster. Most people dont run autocross and things like that, so if ur going straight line like most people then go h22.

H22 if you have a 92-95 Civic, you failed to mention that in the beginning, and we are in a EF forum.

H22 will be cheaper than a GSR, although a bit more time-consuming to put in. You'll love the feel of torque. It's almost in the same range that a K-series puts out. If you are serious, save a little more money and get a LSD while you are swapping. You'll need it.
