Is the block completly assembled? does it come with both pumps does it have new bearings?

 

the block is a running block, all you have to do is slap on a head and tranny and its ready togo, nothingis missing from the block, selling a complete block, bearings was replaced 3 months ago, guarantee this is a good runnning block...
