Factory Radio??
Step #1
pull out the deck, look on the top of it, (or bottom i cant remember which one) and copy down the serial code
Step #2
call your local honda dealership, or stop in if you are un-easy about which number you need, (but if you're confused, just ask em and they'll tell you exactally where it is) and tell them the serial code
Step #3
wait for them to go on to honda-net and search your radio code, when they get it, copy it down... should be 5 numbers
Step#4
re-install your deck, and hit power... it will say "CODE" and hit the numbers in that they gave you
Step#5
Grab a beer, kick back and listen to music while enjoying a job well done

if it's not on a card in your glove box, you'll have to take out your stock player, and it'll be on the back of the factory one. if you take it to honda, some charge $30+ an hour
