can I put a 88-91 crx 255 walbro pump in a 92-00 civic?

 

i believe so, it is just a inline fuel pump isn't it? I would think it would work on any year

 

its an in tank pump.

I think the 92-95 pumps are actually different from the 96-00 pumps too. The pickup hole is on the opposite side on the bottom of the pump. It's easy to make it work though... I'm not sure about the pre-92 pumps though. If you have a pic, I'm sure I could tell you.

 

I used one from a 95+eclipse 255 walboro and fit perfectly, just had to trim the hose a bit. The pump itself should be the same ?
