Default b16 swap done but injector problem HELP!!!

My buddy just finished putting a obd0 b16 in his 88 crx si.....we have no cel's or anything but the car seems to be running on like 2 or 3 cylinders. it has like no power and sometimes when he punches the gas it just bogs real bad and seems like it is running on 2 cylinders....the fuel system is all oem never been touched except for the new oem fuel filter we put on during the swap (doesnt leak). is there ne quick procedures i can do to check this and if ne of u have had this problem please tell me how its similar and how u fixed it. thanks in advance
