fixing up interior and dash.
after owning my car for 5 years driving it almost everyday... dash pieces are scuffed up and look pretty shitty..
anyone try to retore a "new" look to them?
i'm thinking of somehow sanding out the scratchesand then coating them with dash protective stuff...
thoughts or reccomendations?

junkyard.....
not to be an *** with that reply but since you say you have been driving your car for 5 years " " the car is obviously older than 5 years old in which you can EASILY find replacement dash/interior pieces at a junkyard for cheap
But i wouldnt waste time or money on cleaning products to clean up your pieces, i would spend time int he classifieds and local junkyards.....
good luck non the less man

Id recommend a new dash. Although if it's out of your budget you could always dye/paint it. SEM Vinyl Dye is damn good stuff: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/yo....html

If you want to retire your car as your daily driver and turn it into a show/magazine car probably like the car above is than I would say get all new stuff. Thats what I plan to do with my R when Im done daily driving it. It gets pretty worn driving it an hour or more each day.
