car is gettin fuel to rail..injectors seem to be clicking (ie working) all plugs getting spark= will not start

b18b1 into a 91 civic DX
OBD0 pr4 ecu, distributor, injectors, civic wiring harness, resistor box, alternator
cam timing dead on
new plugs
new wires
checked 2 different distributors

verified ALL changes in wiring for dpfi to mpfi and added cylinder sensor to ecu from distributor

checked all fuses
checked all grounds
replaced with known good ECU
fuel pump cycles on ignition switch
all plugs give spark
getting fuel to rail
injectors are recieving signal (slight click/vibration check)
car cranks
has gas in tank
no codes in ecu
ecu led flashes with ignition on/off
battery new
ALL connections checked/rechecked for continuity!!!!!!!!! ALL soldered!!!
searched everywhere for a clue

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

Did you get it running? I'm having similar issues and am at the end of my rope...

I had the same problems in my hatch and i got pissed and just took it to TSR in glen burnie.
Ask for Mike. He said I pulled some injectors wires out, going from the ECU.

 

Does it ever attempt to start at all?
