ok I have a 94 integra ls and recently everytime I first turn on the car it revs up an down for about 5 mintures before it warms up then it stops and I havent figured out what the problem is and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas.

How far up and down does it go? If it's not too much (i.e.: doesn't go all the up to redline and then zero back and forth ), then it's most likely the IAC. Pretty common problem.

 

When I first start the car it revs up to around 2500 rpm and then back down
to zero and keeps on doing that till the car gets warmed up, any suggestions
what I should do. Do I need to replace it? Thank you for replying to me

 

Inspect IACV

check for air leaks around intake system.

 

yeah.. do a search for iacv fix or something... someone posted something awhile back on how to clean it out... i heard it works most of the time using some chemtool in a baggy or something.
