lsvtec 15,000 after build noticed oil pan bolts/nuts loose

Default lsvtec 15,000 after build noticed oil pan bolts/nuts loose

was putting my toda header on today and noticed two bolts and one nut fell off the oil pan and almost all the others are loose. am i missing something on my setup that i should need? what could be causing this?

Did someone forget to torque them to 9 ft/lbs?

thats my guess. Same thing happend to me when I went too ***** arm installing my oil pan, no oil was leaking so I just put some new bolts on

Ive seen this to even on virgin motors where the oil pan was never removed i guess the just vibrate loose over time becasue 9lb's of torque is nothing ,but i dunno
