Default GSR runs like a red headed step child

I have replaced spark plugs, wires, cap, ecu (stock to stock) Fuel Map relay, Fuel filter checked cam timing. cleaned TPS and MAP sensors with sensor cleaner. I know I am getting spark and fuel. Whether the mixture is right I don't know, last time I checked my timing was correct. The problem is, I can't start my car. When I push start it it will start and idle perfectly. My car is GSR with intake, header and hollow cat. My car will die if I give it too much gas at low RPM (from idle to 5000) It bogs out and makes a growling noise like I am getting too much fuel or air. I have done everything I possibly can to fix my car but am having no luck. Please help! My compression is cool to about 190-200 each cylinder. My CEL is random misfire on cylinders 1,2, and 4.
