goin turbo on my b18c5
wassup! i got rid of my NOS and planning to go force induction! what's the best performance parts for turbo should i get? i wanna go higher compression and turbo, is this possible?? please help!!!
well it depends on how high the compression is...10 is a lot for a b18c5 i know that. go ask the guys in the forced induction forum, they'll tell you all you'll need to know
If I were you, get some 9:1 Compression pistons... I mean I figure you are going with Turbo to boost high and get some good 1/4 mile times, so lower compression and boost that bitch!

if you have to ask a bunch of strangers...maybe you shouldn't do it. Wait until you have some first-hand experience...this is why I never got cams or NOS or anything - didn't know enough to do it myself.
you can boost high compression as long as it is tuned very well. You must have some sort of ecu that will read boost. High compression is boost friendly with a turbo cause it will help your turbo spool faster. High compression is just much harder to tune with boost than lower compression.
good luck.
