Hi all,

I am looking to get a new honda super hawk and was wondering what your opinions are on this bike. Love it? Hate it? why?

pro's -----> Very Easy To Have Some Fun W/ (wheelies etc) - Very Comfortable

cons-------> Doesn't Have Full Fairings - Dual Pipes Hang Kinda Low -

 

Pros, light weight for what it is, great handling, quickest times outta the group i ride with at beaver run this week was a superhawk... nice bike

If I may offer a rebuttal:

The bike is not comfortable. It might be better than supersport racks, but the angle of the clip ons puts your wrists at an odd position. Heli Bars fix this, but I've heard some people like Gen Mar bar risers too.

1/2 fairings are nice or not depending on who you're asking. There are several lowers for the SHawk, but I like the 1/2 look because it's different (for a Honda).

The bike is definitely not light, though. And it's the same bike as it was when introduced 7 years ago...which lets you find one for cheap (or purchase a new one for a huge discount since almost no one wants it).

Mine's worse, if we talk about range. I've run the bike til it almost dies from lack of fuel, then filled her up to the top. 3.0 gallons.
