Overheating????
well i just noticed that my car is getting hotter...i mean that heat i tihnk coming from the engine and is seeping into my car thru the dash vents and under the dash onto my feet....what does this mean...is my car in need of a coolant change or what???im not sure what to do can u guys help me out
There are several possibilities that could be causing your car to run hotter. Things to check would be the radiator cap, thermostat, and water pump. Also, maybe your radiator is clogged.

well i just found out that the cooling fan next to the radiator doesnt even turn on!!!so i think thats why i can feel my car get hotter inside...I was wondering how i can fix this problem without consulting a mechanic...Thanks...
First thing would be to check the fuse for the fan. Next, check to see if the fan still works, just unplug the fan, and connect the blue wire to the positive terminal on the battery and the black to a ground. Last thing to check would be the thermal switch on the motor.

Malfuntioning fans would not make your car feel hotter inside. On the contrary. When those fans switch on, they tend to blow hot air toward the air inlets at the base of the windshield. The only thing you would notice if the fans went dead is overheating when the car is idling, but not moving.
