Default swapped ecu's...cars slower

i was running a chipped p28 with my GSR and i recently picked up a chipped

p72 .....no engine lights, works great but my 1/4 mile time dropped and entire

second i made 4 passes and it was a consistant 1 sec drop.....any one know

whay this would happen?

dont wanna sound like a total noob but with the p28 in the car i could specificly

hear vtec but with the p72 i cant hear it like i did b4....could it not be working???

My car is a 92 cx hatch with an obd1 GSR, i had the ECU converted to one wire cause i check on HT and most writeups said all CX's are one wire...could it be 3 wire??

Any help is appriciated

oh and the p28 is fried so i cant just put that back in

The "chipped" P72 is probably shot as well. Probably a crappy program runnning it. It's always good to chip an ECU to meet exactly your set-up.
